NFL DRAFT: Top NFL Prospects In the FCS

'Tis the season … for Mock Drafts, right? Every pure-blooded male in the 18 to 35 year old age demographic dreams of this week, wondering … what will Santa Draft bring my favorite team this year? And for FCS fans, we're wondering — how many FCS prospects will get drafted in 2017. Will it hit the 20 mark again like last year?

It's NFL Draft week, folks. It cranks up on Thursday with round one, then Friday we'll get rounds two and three, then from noon on Saturday until 8 p.m., we'll have rounds four through seven.

So, the Mock Drafts are popping up like mushrooms during soggy conditions. Some of those Mock Drafts are … shall we repeat ourselves … somewhat soggy. But there are some good ones out there, and we here at HERO Sports were curious what our favorite seven-round mock drafts were saying about FCS prospects.

Below you'll see exactly that. We use our trusty friends' ranking at NFLDraftScout.com to set the order you see below, and that entity lists 18 draftable products out of the FCS with another 16 being seriously possible (labeled as 7th to FA). but also listed six other sources.

Below, you'll see the following site's Mock Drafts, under these corresponding numbers. Each site projects the round

1 – NFL.com (22 FCS products projected as draft picks)
2 – WalterFootball.com (12 FCS draft picks)
3 – DraftSite.com (16)
4 – DraftTek.com (13)
5 – FOX (13)
6 – CBS (17)

RK – Means where NFLDraftScout.com sees the FCS prospect going in the draft, along with the prospective round projection. This is based on the most recent versions of the Mock Drafts.

There are 253 draft slots open this year. Here's how NFLDraftScout.com rates the FCS products, along with the other Mock Drafts available as of April 23.
