Noah Brown of Ohio State decided to declare for the 2017 NFL Draft despite having two more years of college eligibility remaining. At 6-foot-2, 222-pounds and with the athleticism of a player much smaller, Brown certainly makes for an interesting prospect. What hurts the former Buckeye is his lack of game film and a lack of production that saw him make just 32 catches for 402 yards and score seven touchdowns in 2016.
