Five weeks ago, Georgia Southern was No. 40 in the Group of Five Rankings. The Eagles are No. 4 after whipping App State in Week 9.
Georgia Southern skyrocketed in the Week 10 Top 100 FBS Rankings and jumped 14 spots in the Week 10 Group of Five rankings. And joining them in the top five first time this season is Army, who's riding a four-game winning streak and is two ways away from a third straight season with at least eight wins.
Also, Utah State moved from No. 5 to No. 3 thanks to another win and losses by App State and San Diego State.
