The SWAC is the first FCS conference to announce what its spring football season will look like.
Games begin Feb. 27 with the Cricket Wireless SWAC Championship Game scheduled for May 1. Each team will get a bye week on March 13.
With the conference split between the East and West divisions, each SWAC team will play six conference games — four games against division opponents and two games against non-division opponents. The schools have the option to play one non-conference game.
