UCF is still two wins away from bowl eligibility but considering they were already eliminated at this time last year, it feels as if they are flirting with a playoff spot.
The Knights, 4-4 after suffering three losses by a combined 14 points, have seen a dramatic turnaround in year one of the Scott Frost era. Frost, who arrived from his offensive coordinator post at Oregon, has immediately returned the program to respectability after last year's 0-12 nightmare.
