Stanford defensive specialist Morgan Hentz made this pancake look so good! Hentz knew exactly what she was doing digging up this ball against Cal Poly over the weekend. The freshman's dig and kill led the Cardinal went to 3-2 match win.
Stanford now is 4-2 on the season and heads to St. Mary's and Pacific this weekend before starting the Pac-12 schedule September 20 at California and September 23 at Oregon State.
Keep an eye on Stanford's top hitters and blockers — Audirana Fitzmorris, Merete Lutz, Inky Ajanaku and Hayley Hodson — who combine for than 10 kills per set, among the top foursomes in D1 volleyball.

No. 2 in the clip (0:18 mark) shows UMass-Lowell's Katherine Claybaugh’s kill against Fairleigh Dickinson.
UMass-Lowell went on for a 3-2 match win and Claybaugh upped her average to a team-best 3.72 kills per set.
The River Hawks are now 5-5 and face Northeastern Tuesday before traveling to Chicago for the UIC Invitational for matches versus SIU-Edwardsville, Bowling Green and the host team

Have you ever seen a dig like this? UMBC's Abbie Mirabella didn't waste any time going for this dig and far-corner kill against Winthrop, leading the Retrievers to a 3-0 match win.
Mirabella leads UMBC with 4.03 kills per set, which ranks No. 48 in the country.
The Retrievers take a 7-3 record into this weekend's matches at the Lion Invitational versus the host team, Columbia, and Providence.

No. 4 in the clip (0:45) shows Army's incredible block over the weekend.
Army is known this season so far for forcing errors and making fewer of their own, but they have out-killed their opponents 446-432 and own an attack percent of .237.
Amber Clay leads the team with 2.94 kills per set followed closely by Allie Strong at 2.67.
The Black Knights finished the weekend 6-4 leading into a mid-week match versus Marist and the West Point Invitational starting Friday.
