It feels like Utah has been on the cusp of winning the Pac-12 South Division for half a decade. The Utes though have not been able to clear that final hurdle and have not won the division since they joined the conference back in 2011. With USC looking like the early favorites for the division, can Utah challenge them this fall?

The Utes have a quarterback in Troy Williams who passed for 2,757 yards and 15 touchdowns last season. If the pieces can fall into place around Williams to make up for the Utes losses to graduation, then this is a team to watch out for.
