ESPN College GameDay is headed to the Big 12 in Week 6.
The network opened 2017 college football season with their first four non-neutral site broadcasts in ACC and Big Ten cities. Now they're heading south to the state of Texas for the first time since last October, where they'll feature TCU's home game against West Virginia.
Here are the full details for College GameDay in Week 6.

History
TCU made zero GameDay appearances during the show's first 16 on-location years. Now they're making their sixth appearance in the last nine years. This is just the second time the Horned Frogs are hosting, with the first time coming in November 2009 when they played Utah. At 5-0 in GameDay games, they're the only undefeated team with more than two appearances.
It will be TCU's first appearance since November 2014, when they visited West Virginia, which is only time GameDay has broadcasted from a TCU-West Virginia game. That game was also the last appearance for the Mountaineers. This will be their fourth all-time appearance.

Guest Picker Predictions
Finally, after weeks of ESPN inviting random or unexpected people to the set, we nailed the prediction of Bruce Smith in Week 5. Who might they tap in week 6?
TCU's has no guest picker history (none during GameDay's visit in 2009), therefore the field is wide open. Here are a few possibilities.
LaDainian Tomlinson
A Texas native, LaDainian Tomlinson dominated during his final two season as TCU running back. The two-time all-conference selection, 2000 First-Team All-American and 2001 Doak Walker Award winner racked up more than 4,000 rushing yards in 1999 and 2000.
The biggest issue: Would ESPN pick a host school's former star player two weeks in a row?

Luke Wilson
Luke Wilson is a Dallas native who briefly attended TCU before leaving for Hollywood. He's not an A-list star but remains a well-known actor and had a notable role in the recently released Brad's Status.

Josh Doctson
Josh Doctson is TCU's only NFL alum who's on bye this week, and while he hasn't yet turned into an NFL star, he's still a beloved TCU legend and household name.
He had 143 receptions for 2,344 yards and 25 touchdowns during his final two years.
