The College Football video games have been some of the most financially successful sports games ever. But EA Sports isn’t satisfied with that.
“College Football 27” will feature several new features and twists compared to the last two editions. Here’s what we know so far:

While in Dynasty Mode, a player can use dynasty points for players, coaches, and even facility upgrades. The budget size may depend on factors like what school you’re playing with.
New Teams Featured On College Football 27
North Dakota State and Sacramento State will be available to play as in the newest CFB game. Both programs are making the jump up to the FBS this season.
New Broadcasters
Fox Sports personality Joel Klatt will call games alongside Chris Fowler of ESPN. Holly Rowe from ESPN will also be in the game.
Kirk Herbstreit will not be in the game this season.
Other New Features
- The hiring process for coaches will also be expanded on. People can apply for coaching vacancies, and expressing interest in too many jobs can hurt your standing with your current one. You also hire a support staff as well.
- Gameplay will also be altered, specifically with defensive coverage and defending quarterbacks on the run.
- People can play as tight ends, EDGE rushers, or free safeties in Road To Glory now.
- Mascot Mashup will also be available. Versions of this game over a decade ago featured the chance to play as a team of a specific school’s mascot, and those players were all 99 overall grades. That is finally back in College Football 27.
- Changes, though some may be small, are coming to other modes as well.
New Platform
People will be able to play “College Football 27” on PC. The game was previously available on PlayStation and Xbox.
When Does College Football 27 Come Out?
The latest edition of the College Football game will come out on July 9. People can play the game three days earlier if they purchase the Deluxe Edition or get Madden 27 in the MVP Bundle. You could also play the game earlier with an MVP+ subscription.
