I’m picking Georgia Southern to win and cover the spread at -1.5. I’m also predicting the game will go Under 63.5 total points.

Both of these teams have played well on offense. However, they’re also both in the top six in the Sun Belt in terms of scoring defense, so I don’t think either offense will necessarily dominate.

But I do like Georgia Southern to win. The Eagles, led by quarterback Davis Brin, have the best passing offense in the Sun Belt, while Georgia State ranks second-to-last in the conference in terms of passing defense. I think Brin will make just enough plays to lead his team to victory.
